Why isn't Biofilm respawning for a re-bioscan?

There is no reliable fix yet. Some saves respawn Bloom Sap but not Biofilm, while others differ. Check distant Cicada wrecks for missed scans and keep at least one Bloom Sap, but treat the respawn behavior as unresolved.
